Our new apprentices join the Fusion family

We’ve always got our eyes peeled for motivated people with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our growing team of engineers. Recently we’ve appointed two new apprentices to join our award-winning Fusion family team. Welcome Joshua Sharman – a final year apprentice and Luke Hill – a first year apprentice.

Both Joshua and Luke will be working alongside our highly skilled, fully qualified electricians, allowing them to gain an invaluable insight and a hands-on experience of their future role as an electrical engineer whilst also earning a wage at the same time!

THE FUSION CULTURE

At Fusion, we pride ourselves on our passion for creating a culture of learning and personal development within our organisation. All our team members, not just our apprentices, get the opportunity to develop their skills and experience and reach their full potential.

Our nurturing ethos is extended to our customers too. We are committed to providing all our clients with a first class service at all times which includes working to their timescales and, when required, working out of hours to reduce any disruption to their working day which can potentially be caused by carrying out our work.

This overarching, dedicated approach pays dividends, with our customers regularly recommending our services and is backed up in the form of our Fusion Charter.

Electrical apprenticeship entry requirements

If an electrical apprenticeship with Fusion is something you are interested in, you must have maths and English GCSEs at grades C/4 and above (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.

Ideally, we recommend that you hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle as you will be required to travel to our customer sites which are located across the UK.

Gaining a nationally recognised qualification via an apprenticeship scheme with a leading electrical contractor, such as Fusion, is a smart way of earning a wage alongside learning professional and highly sought-after skills.

Applying for an apprenticeship with Fusion

At Fusion, we recruit for our apprenticeship positions from March until the end of May, ready for starting with us in September. If you would like to apply, please do so during this period.
